My rallying cry for Black people is to Learn, Earn, and Return, understand the power they yield, adopt a communal mindset, and establish new expectations to produce sustainable intergenerational wealth. When I reflect on the books I’ve written, children's lives impacted via the schools I created, conferences attended/held, and hundreds of speaking engagements, they were all building blocks for the monumental event – The BBLHOFMM & TGCBEL.
The BBLHOFM M & TGCBEL will be a historical paradigm shift that will be a blueprint for international wealth and represents my lifetime body of work. It will feature the global achievements of Black entrepreneurs by recognizing their impact on the global society and economy to inspire, empower, celebrate, and 10x Black entrepreneurship over the next two generations. This will set a bold direction of economic empowerment, redefine inclusive capitalism, close the wealth gap, and build generations of Black entrepreneurs.
As I committed my life's work to being an entrepreneur, my ardent desire is that lives were changed and a new path has been paved to elevate “Black Economics” as the new Black Power. The expectation is that we embrace the opportunity and seize the moment!
Black people have an extraordinary history of entrepreneurship that spans centuries, from the ancient Kingdom of Kush to the remarkable reign of Mansa Musa and the Mali Empire. Yet, this history and our invaluable contributions to America's global economic rise and the foundation of capitalism have gone untold, unrevealed, and uncelebrated.
Now is the moment to reshape the narrative, shifting our focus from freedom to empowerment. For 250 years, we fought tirelessly for freedom, and for the past century, we battled against the oppressive forces of Jim Crow, striving for "Freedom, Justice, Equity, and Inclusion."
As we envision the next 100 years, we must embrace a new mission centered on economics—a mission to bridge the immense wealth gap between Black and white communities and dismantle the entrenched barriers of "economic apartheid."
Together, let us embark on this transformative journey. Let us draw inspiration from our rich legacy and unleash our collective potential. By reclaiming our economic power, we will not only overcome the challenges we face but also pave the way for a future of prosperity and boundless opportunities. The time for change is now, and we are the architects of our own destiny.

The Black Business Legacy Hall of Fame Museum and Metaverse (BBLHOFMM) is an awe-inspiring high-tech museum that transports visitors on a transformative journey through history with its immersive and interactive exhibits. BBLHOFMM will serve as the initial digital incarnation, to be later replicated in a physical brick-and-mortar museum. Spanning an impressive 200,000 square feet, this visionary space seamlessly blends the past and present, enabling visitors to engage with AI, holograms, holoportation, mixed reality, and other cutting-edge platforms. At the heart of this groundbreaking project lies The Global Leadership Center (TGCBEL), a dynamic hub created to propel entrepreneurship and foster economic equality. Within this transformative space, aspiring entrepreneurs will find an incubator and accelerator, offering them the crucial resources, capital, and collaborative environment necessary to launch or expand sustainable businesses. With the support of Microsoft's state-of-the-art technology, BBLHOFMM, TGCBEL will elevate the digital experience to new heights. By showcasing the global achievements of Black entrepreneurs and acknowledging their profound impact on society and the economy, this endeavor aims to empower, celebrate, and preserve Black entrepreneurship. Through this visionary initiative, we are forging a bold path of economic empowerment, redefining inclusive capitalism, bridging the wealth gap, and paving the way for generations of Black entrepreneurs to thrive and shape a brighter future.

Provide a transformative learning experience for Black Entrepreneurs to develop an economic mindset and build sustainable wealth.
The Black Business Legacy Hall of Fame Museum, Metaverse (BBLHOFM) transformative hightech museum will redefine entrepreneurship through its immersive use of technology. The goal is to create a unique, interactive, engaging journey through hundreds of years of Black business and reveal its untold history. This new narrative will catalyze a new birth of entrepreneurs who will exude a renewed determination to be at the forefront of closing the wealth gap.
The technology used in the BBLHOFM & M will be the major point of differentiation by adopting a hub and spoke model that can be readily replicated. This model can recalibrate and refine existing en trepreneur centers to unity with one common cause-closing the wealth gap. Technology will be the platform in which narratives will yield a consistent ecosystem of black entrepreneurs understanding the opportunity and executing their vision with purpose and precision.
The BBLHOF M & M will showcase the vast tapestry of Black entrepreneurship and the global business of the Black diaspora. According to the 2022 US Census Report, currently, in the U.S., there are 3.24 million Black-owned businesses with annual receipts amounting to $210 billion. Yet only 13% find their place in professional, scientific, or technical services within the broader tech sector.
We will harness technology’s power to reshape lives and ignite a revolution within the Black business ecosystem. The extraordinary stories of Black entrepreneurs and their immeasurable contributions to our society, empowering future generations, will no longer be whispers of what could be but resounding declarations of what will be. In entrepreneurship, it is the power of expectations that will propel us forward and transform dreams into reality.
The BBLHOF will extend the reach of capital, underscore the dynamic network of enterprising individuals, known as the Global Black Entrepreneurial Diaspora, representing a fusion of diverse cultures, experiences, and expertise that converge to recalibrate, create transformative businesses, inspire change on a global scale and leveling the playing field. By weaving technology into this tapestry, we will unlock the stories of remarkable Black entrepreneurs, empowering future generations to shatter barriers and generate generational wealth. As our vision, plan and exciting global initiative unfolds, the combined efforts of the human spirit of America and the world will redefine how Black historical achievements are experienced. Through leveraging technology, bridging the gap between the past and the present, creating pathways for businesses to grow, fostering a more inclusive future, we will not only close the wealth gap but forge a new pathway to “Economics as the new Black power”.
