My rallying cry for Black people is to Learn, Earn, and Return, understand the power they yield, adopt a communal mindset, and establish new expectations to produce sustainable intergenerational wealth. When I reflect on the books I’ve written, children’s lives impacted via the schools I created, conferences attended/held, and hundreds of speaking engagements, they were all building blocks for the monumental event- The BBLHOFMM & TGCBEL.
The BBLHOFM M & TGCBEL will be a historical paradigm shift that will be a blueprint for international wealth and represents my lifetime body of work. This will set a bold direction of economic empowerment, redefine inclusive capitalism, close the wealth gap, and build generations of Black entrepreneurs.
As I committed my life’s work to being an entrepreneur, my ardent desire is that lives were changed and a new path has been paved to elevate “Black Economics” as the new Black Power. The expectation is that we embrace the opportunity and seize the moment!

Fraser, a former orphan and foster child for 15 years, an iconic, award-winning visionary entrepreneur, is pleased to announce the groundbreaking of the Black Business Legacy Foundation Black Business Legacy Hall of Fame Museum Metaverse (BBLHOFM) & The Global Center for Black Entrepreneurial Leadership (TGCBEL).
The Black Business Legacy Hall of Fame Museum, Metaverse (BBLHOFM) is a transformative high-tech museum with immersive with interactive exhibits that will provide visitors with a unique, engaging journey through hundreds of years of global Black business history untold, recognized, and celebrated. The BBLHOF Metaverse will be built first and then replicated in brick and mortar. The proposed 200,000 square foot museum is where the past merges seamlessly with the present and enables visitors to interact via the use of AI, holograms, holoportation, mixed reality, and other high-tech platforms, with an estimated completion by 2028/29 to include The Global Leadership Center (TGCBEL), a dynamic hub designed to propel entrepreneurship and foster global economic equality. This transformative space will house an incubator and accelerator, providing aspiring entrepreneurs with the resources, capital, and collaborative environment required to inspire, train, start, grow, and scale sustainable Black businesses worldwide.
The most technologically savvy and community-centered company(s) will be selected to deploy its state-of-the-art technology to enhance the digital experience at BBLHOFM & M, TGCBEL. BBLHOFM & M, & TGCBEL will leverage innovative technology to feature the global achievements of Black entrepreneurs by recognizing their impact on the global society and economy to inspire, empower, celebrate, and 10x Black entrepreneurship over the next 2 generations. This will set a bold direction of economic empowerment, redefine inclusive capitalism, close the wealth gap, and build generations of Black entrepreneurs.
